About the Mentor

M. Madhusudhan is the Founder and Mentor of MARS EQUITY (MEQ), a trading education and mentorship platform dedicated to developing disciplined, independent traders through structured technical frameworks and real-market execution.

With an early professional foundation spanning nearly a decade in the textile and apparel industry, Madhusudhan held leadership roles across manufacturing, sourcing, merchandising, and exports—working closely with global institutions and manufacturing leaders across Switzerland, Belgium, and the Czech Republic. This exposure shaped a strong systems-oriented mindset, precision thinking, and process discipline.

In 2012, a deliberate transition was made into the capital markets, beginning with value investing and evolving into trading-system design and rule-based execution. In 2016, this journey culminated in the founding of MARS EQUITY, which has since grown into a structured mentorship ecosystem focused on technical analysis, market timing, risk discipline, and trader psychology.

At the core of MARS EQUITY (MEQ) is the ECLIPSE Trading System—a proprietary technical framework developed through years of research, testing, and refinement. Designed for clarity and consistency, the system emphasizes repeatable decision-making over prediction, helping traders navigate volatility with confidence and structure.

Mentorship remains the defining pillar of Madhusudhan’s work.
